Casa Surya II is the second villa in the Cemagi Collection, and like Casa Surya I it has sold. It is a two-storey, three-bedroom home of about 185 square metres, on a plot of around 250 square metres, and it is sold fully furnished. This is what you get. ## Arrival and parking The villa sits behind a stone-clad wall with a round timber entrance door. There is covered parking beside the entrance, under a timber pergola, so a car stays out of the sun and rain. ## Living, dining and kitchen The ground floor is one open space. The living area, dining table and kitchen share the same room and open straight onto the pool terrace through full-height glass. The kitchen has a long island, open timber shelving and a full set of appliances. There is also a separate storage room with a washing machine, which keeps laundry out of the living space.
