Construction on the Cemagi Collection has been running since April. Casa Surya I and II have both sold, and drone footage of the site starts in October.
Construction on the Cemagi Collection started in April 2026. This is the first of a regular series of updates, so buyers and anyone watching the project can follow the build without having to take our word for it. ## Both villas have sold In September, Casa Surya I, the south villa, was reserved by a private buyer. Casa Surya II, the identical build on the neighbouring plot, sold the same month, so the Cemagi Collection is now closed. Each villa is valued at $450,000 once built. ## What happens next on site Both villas are being built to the same specification, and both have now sold. Handover is estimated for Q2 2027. ## Drone footage from October From October 2026 we will post drone footage of the site here, in the Build Progress section of the journal. Each update will show the plot from above, with a short note on what has been completed. We are doing this for two reasons: - **Our buyers should be able to see the build.** Regular footage is the simplest way to show that payments are tied to real progress. - **It is a record for the next project.** Anyone considering a future Casa Surya development can watch how this one was delivered. ## See the villa now The walkthrough below shows the finished design of both villas.
