Casa Surya Villas

A family-run luxury villa developer and operator in Cemagi, Bali. Both three-bedroom pool villas in the Cemagi Collection have sold, each valued at $450,000 USD once built, on an extendable 50-year leasehold.

Casa Surya Villas is led by Felisia Evans, an Indonesian entrepreneur who owned and managed estate agencies in London for 35 years before returning to Bali. The company operates seven rental villas across Canggu, Seseh, Pererenan and Cemagi, and is now delivering the Cemagi Collection, its first ground-up development.

Cemagi sits about ten minutes from Canggu on Bali's south-west coast. Roughly 85 percent of the area is protected green belt, so the rice-field and ocean views from the Cemagi Collection plots cannot be built out.
